The Taxpayers Protection Alliance (TPA), a Washington D.C.-based non-profit, has started a campaign to highlight concerns about the actions and statements of Health & Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. The organization claims that Kennedy’s policies have contradicted scientific consensus and could affect Americans’ health and finances.
TPA is using a new webpage and advertising in selected congressional districts to inform the public about what it describes as Secretary Kennedy’s history of spreading misinformation and supporting policies that do not align with science-based health recommendations.
“Secretary Kennedy pledged to follow the science and respect established public health policy. Instead, he has chosen a dark path of misinformation and recklessness, endangering lives and livelihoods. TPA will make sure Americans understand the real consequences of what he is doing and proposing,” said TPA President David Williams.
This initiative is part of TPA’s broader mission to hold government officials accountable for decisions that may negatively impact taxpayers and consumers. The group was founded in 2011 and advocates for government transparency by educating the public through research, investigative reporting, and analysis on issues related to taxation and spending.
