Ryan Mauro has provided insights into the recent U.S. military strikes on Iranian nuclear sites located at Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan. According to Mauro, these sites were considered difficult targets due to their underground tunnels. Notably, the tunnels at Natanz are designed to withstand even American bombs.

Mauro suggests that Iran is expected to retaliate against these attacks. However, he notes that Iranian leadership will likely exercise caution in their response to avoid provoking a direct American attack on Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei or his son.
