The Ethics and Public Policy Center (EPPC) has announced the launch of a new one-year postgraduate fellowship program, with applications now open for positions in bioethics and technology, data analysis, and religion and public life. The fellowships are scheduled to run from August 2026 through July 2027.
EPPC President Ryan T. Anderson stated, “The next Richard John Neuhaus, James Q. Wilson, Mary Ann Glendon, and Leon Kass will not spontaneously emerge. They must be sought out and supported. Through these fellowships, EPPC aims, a decade from now, to have produced one or two pivotal thinkers, eight to ten politically engaged scholars producing truly remarkable work, and twenty to thirty experts advancing research in critical areas.”
The program is designed to support early-career conservative scholars by providing a competitive salary along with health insurance and other benefits. Fellows will also receive funds for research and travel expenses. Additional resources include formal advising from senior EPPC scholars as well as training in public speaking and media engagement. At the conclusion of the fellowship period, participants will receive assistance with employment placement.
Applications for the inaugural class are due by February 8. EPPC plans to offer these fellowships annually and expand into additional fields in future years.
