Adfero, a communications agency based in Washington, D.C., has announced the appointment of Teressa Wykpisz-Lee as Senior Vice President and Public Affairs Practice Lead. In her new role, Wykpisz-Lee will manage Adfero’s Public Affairs Practice, focusing on innovative strategies for existing clients and exploring new business opportunities.

Wykpisz-Lee previously worked as Senior Vice President of Public Affairs at Weber Shandwick, where she led corporate campaigns in energy and public affairs sectors. Her experience includes roles at the U.S. General Services Administration, U.S. Department of Energy, Accenture, and Exelon.

His knowledge in paid media and digital outreach aims to boost Adfero’s integrated communication solutions.
