InfluenceWatch, a project managed by the Capital Research Center, continues to expand its database of advocacy groups, foundations, and donors that play a role in shaping public policy. The platform aims to provide transparency regarding the funding sources, objectives, and networks of these organizations.

The website serves as a resource for journalists and others interested in detailed research on influential entities that may not receive widespread attention from the public or other watchdog groups.

Recent updates to InfluenceWatch include profiles on several organizations:

The Center for Community Action and Environmental Justice (CCAEJ) is an advocacy group based in California focused on environmental policies. It is affiliated with Regenerate California, a program led by the California Environmental Justice Alliance. Other members of this alliance include Communities for a Better Environment and Central Coast Alliance United for a Sustainable Economy. In 2023, CCAEJ received funding from ImpactAssets, the Liberty Hill Foundation, and the Solutions Project.
