Political movements often emerge and evolve, with some establishing a lasting presence while others dissipate. The America First movement is positioning itself as a revitalizing force in conservatism, emphasizing national interests over external influences. This movement, associated with former President Donald Trump, has gained traction since his initial presidential campaign.

In contrast, the political Left is experiencing challenges within its coalition. Recently, they have adopted the slogan “No Kings” in response to Trump’s governance style. This slogan was prominently featured during protests coinciding with the U.S. Army’s 250th anniversary celebrations. Protestors across New Jersey and other parts of the country displayed signs criticizing Trump and his policies.

Another protest under the “No Kings” banner is scheduled for July 4. The choice of this branding raises questions about its intent, particularly when considering that both Trump and the Republican majority were elected through democratic processes.
