Governor Kelly Ayotte of New Hampshire has signed SB 295 into law, introducing universal school choice in the state. Club for Growth President David McIntosh expressed his support for this development, stating, “From Texas to Wyoming, Tennessee to Indiana, and now, thanks to Governor Ayotte’s leadership, purple states like New Hampshire – school freedom is sweeping the nation.”

McIntosh praised both Governor Ayotte and state legislators for their actions against what he termed as “liberal special interests,” describing it as a significant victory for parents and students. He further noted that “school freedom is a winning issue everywhere,” emphasizing that this marks a new era of educational opportunity in New Hampshire.

Club for Growth played an active role in promoting school choice in New Hampshire by investing a six-figure sum. Their efforts included television advertisements, polling activities, print ads, and digital and phone campaigns. This initiative makes New Hampshire the tenth state this year to pass or expand measures related to school freedom following investment from Club for Growth.
