Mullen Library at The Catholic University of America has introduced a new reader advisory service for the campus community. This initiative is the result of a partnership between the library and the Library and Information Science program. The service aims to provide personalized reading recommendations to students, faculty, and staff.

Members of the university can access the service by filling out a short form, after which they will receive tailored suggestions from an on-campus reading expert. According to library representatives, this effort seeks to make it easier for readers to find books that suit their interests without needing to visit bookstores or search online extensively.

Further information about how the advisory service works is available on the library’s website: https://lib.cua.edu/wordpress/newsevents/28062/

Additionally, Mullen Library has put together a curated list of book recommendations for Spring Break. The collection is intended to help readers relax and enjoy a peaceful transition into spring. Details about these recommendations can be found here: https://lib.cua.edu/wordpress/newsevents/28409/

The new services reflect ongoing efforts by Mullen Library to support the diverse reading needs of its community.
