Jill Homan, Deputy Director of Economy & Trade at AFPI, emphasized the economic benefits of the OBBB. “President Trump has signed into law the largest tax cut and pro-business legislation in American history,” she stated. The act includes provisions such as tax relief for middle-class Americans and small businesses.

Erika Donalds, Chair of Education Opportunity at AFPI, commented on the educational reforms within the OBBB. She highlighted its focus on accountability and transparency in education systems.
Dr. Rich Rogers from AFPI’s Center for American Values discussed the bill’s emphasis on family values. He mentioned its role in promoting family formation while defunding certain services.
Oliver McPherson-Smith from AFPI’s Energy & Environment division remarked on energy policy reforms included in the bill. He pointed out efforts to reduce reliance on China-dominated supply chains.
Ambassador Kip Tom addressed how the OBBB supports rural communities and farmers by eliminating taxes and expanding business deductions.
Overall, AFPI regards this legislative victory as a significant step towards achieving America First goals across multiple domains.
